Welcome to my web site!
Being a photographer requires that I not only have a unique vision, but also I am required to combine that with a certain amount of business sense. My living is made by licensing the use of my images. To make that living, I must protect the copyright of my images so that they are not stolen and placed into the public domain. To do this, I ask that you agree that you have been made aware that the images you are about to view are protected under United States and international copyright laws. The photographs MAY NOT BE DOWNLOADED, reproduced, copied, stored, manipulated, projected, used or altered in any way, including without limitation any digitalization or synthesizing of the images, alone or with any other material, by use of computer or other electronic means or any other method or means now or hereafter known, without the written permission of Shawn Spence. Use of any image as the basis for another photographic concept or illustration is a violation of copyright. By entering this site you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement and acknowledge the copyright of any and all content of this site.
